The CrossFit Open

We Gargoyles put in work to perform at our best and came together to encourage each other every week.  We had personal records exceeded and performed movements we didn't know we could. It was a fun 5 weeks and especially awesome seeing many of our Gargoyles rank higher than they have in the past and new Gargoyles place their marker on the board during their first CrossFit Open. We are very proud of all whom participated and gave it their all. 

Special shout out to one of our Original Gargoyles, Pat Alconcel, who took first place in Washington State, top 10 in the Western Coast Division and top 100 in the world in his age bracket/division.  Well deserved personalized white Leader Jersey Pat!
