Gargoyle Strength & Fitness

Our gym is powered by performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity”. Our brand of fitness is a core strength and conditioning program. This program is designed to be universally scaled, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our workouts are planned out in advance and are in a group setting overseen by a coach. We are not a traditional open gym, but rather a class workout setting.

Intro / On Ramp

 

If you are new to fitness or have been away from fitness for a long period of time, then we require you take this Course. Class runs 1 hour. The On Ramp classes are $20. Take this time to meet our coaches, checkout the cleanliness of our facility and get a taste of our training methodology. We will go over fundamental movements, touch on Olympic lifts and learn new lingo while listening to music and getting a good workout. Don't forget to wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Click here to Start

Strength & Conditioning

 

This is our regular Strength / Fitness class.  Every day is a different varied workout programmed by our head coach to challenge you and keep your workouts diverse.  Classes run up to 1 hour and include a warm-up, the main workout, and sometimes a finisher.  You no longer have to worry if someone is using your machine or what to workout for the day. Here, everyday is a good workout filled with awesome encouraging community.
